Hello my fellow Sufferlandrians! Now is the time where you dive right into the Sufferfest App and begin your journey of Suffering. We have created a few articles to help ease you into your enterPAINment.
The first thing you must do in order to fully utilize the Sufferfest Windows App, is to sign up on our webpage here The Sufferfest App. Once your account is created, you can download the Windows version of the Sufferfest app on the same webpage.
Now that you have downloaded the App, you must ensure you are logged in. Please click on the Login button on the top right of the App window. If, for some reason, you are still being denied access to the Sufferfest App please log out and then try to log back in. If you are logged in, and you are receiving an error message that your account has expired, then you will also need to log out and log back in. If none of this works, then please email TheMinions@TheSufferfest.com . We will get you Suffering the right way.
Now that you are logged in, there are a few things we need to do first before we jump right into a video workout. Looking at the top of the window, you will navigate to the Settings Section. This is the place where we will input our specific information from weight to tire size. The most important section is your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) and Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR). Now we are all set to begin our Journey in Sufferlandrian. Who will you be? The Sufferlandrian Speed Demon, The Rookie, or the legendary climber in our video Thin Air? It is all up to you at this point. The next article we will talk about Navigating Around The Sufferlandrian Training Centre.
