Hello Sufferlandrians! The Minions at Sufferlandrian Services understand that we love to share our suffering. Our feats of strength need to be recorded in the Annals of electronic history so that the couchlandrians everywhere will tremble upon the mere sight of our suffering. In this article we are going to talk about setting up and sharing our activities.
Sufferlandrians have three choices to share activity files in The Sufferfest Training System. The App can connect to Strava, Training Peaks, and your personal email. Connecting your accounts is very simple. In The Sufferfest Training System, go to the settings tab. There you can select the places where you would like to share activities.
You have no connections selected when the icons are greyed out. The below picture is what the icons will look like when they are connected to your account.
Sometimes our server starts acting up like a Couchlandrian on a donut fast. Please email us (TheMinions@TheSufferfest.com) if the server is taking up couchlandrian activities and not sharing files automatically. We will immediately make it start doing intervals up Mount Sufferlandria to snap it back in shape.
However, you can manually push the workouts from the Passport page within the App. Go to the Passport page and select your workout. At the top of the workout summary there will be the option to "Share" your workout. Manually share your workout and see if that fixes the issue for you.
I Still Can't Share To STRAVA!
If your activities where emailed to you, but they haven't hit Strava yet, then give Strava a few hours to get off the couch and get its act together. On rare occasions, there can be delay in updating to Strava.

If everything looks good, but you are being denied the opportunity to share all of your Suffering, please email TheMinions@TheSufferfest.com and we will get it sorted out.
