Hello Sufferlandrians! We do get requests from our Nation to have the ability to create their own workouts within the Sufferfest App. We are looking at this capability in the future. However, it is not an easy task. There are a few things you can do to change up a Sufferfest workout to meet your needs. Here are some ideas from the Minions at Sufferlandrian Services!
The Never Ending Revolver
15 (I mean 16) Revolver intervals not enough for you? You can pause the App and rewind it back. This will capture as many Revolver intervals as you can handle!
The Reverse Violation
Are you the type of Sufferlandrian that likes to skip the foreplay and get right to the Suffering? Then you can pause the workout, fast forward to the last set of Violator intervals, and then work your way backwards to the hugs and cuddles at the beginning of the workout.
Hell Hath No Tempo
Many Sufferlandrians are just looking for a good tempo workout (we won't tell Grunter Von Agony). Any Sufferfest video can be turned into a Tempo workout. The HHNF 2x20 workout can be turned down to 75% and turned into a 2x20 tempo workout. The same goes for ISLAGIATT. You want a three hour tempo workout? Just change your intensities on the threshold efforts (up and down arrow for Mac/Windows) during ISLAGIATT threshold efforts and BOOM! You are at tempo. Also, just rewind the video back to the first 20 minute effort and you can extend your tempo workout indefinitely.
