Minions - I love to SUFFER! I think the app is right for me, but I want to know what's included in the subscription.
Here's what you want to know about our app before you subscribe.
What videos are included in the app?
ALL of our videos, our entire catalogue! That includes our cycling, running and triathlon videos. All future releases will be published to the app and released at the same time as the downloadable .mp4 versions. Furthermore, you will also get access to our special "Mashups" only available on the app. Ever thought of combining doing a mix of the video Revolver and Half is Easy, well we have an app only mashup called Revolver is easy. It is anything but easy! We will also be bringing special videos in the future that are only available on the app.
Does the app allow me to stream or download the videos?
Both. When you've got a good internet connection, you'll be able to stream the videos. If you know you won't have an internet connection when you want to do the videos, then you can download them for playback whenever you like. You can download as many as you like as long as your device has enough storage space. This is great if you want to take your mobile device to your local gym and do the workout on a gym treadmill or spin/cycle bicycle.
Can I sync my devices and display my data on screen?
Yes. Sync your ANT+ or Bluetooth devices (speed/cadence sensors, heart rate monitors and power meters) to our app. The app will record your performance data and display it back to you in a simple and beautiful way.
Set your vital stats
Input your FTP & LTHR, set up your preferences and view your downloaded videos from the SETTINGS screen. FTP & LTHR data will inform the structure of the workouts, where the RPE scale (1-10) is mapped to your FTP or LTHR.
We'll automatically map your FTP and LTHR information to the structure of our workout for a new level of Suffering. No more trying to remember that 8/10 = 110% of your FTP and trying to calculate on the fly...while bleeding from your eyes. All this is done for you instantly and seamlessly!
Virtual power support
No power meter? No worries! Our app supports 80% of modern turbo trainers on the market for virtual power, which means you don't have to dole out for an expensive power meter. Learn more about virtual power here.

Can I share my workouts on Strava, TrainingPeaks, Facebook, etc.?
Yes! Currently our app will automatically upload your workout on Strava and Trainingpeaks. You can also get an email of the workout file to upload to third party software platforms like Golden Cheetah. You can now share your workout on Facebook and Twitter to show your couchlandrian friends how much you are willing to suffer.
Running videos, eh?
Did you know we've made three killer running videos and a BRICK workout too?! Yeah! Hop on a treadmill and get ready to SUFFER with Revolver Running, The Machine, Steamroller and Chrysalis (triathlon). They're all included in the app
Power and cadence aren't applicable to running but the player displays them (as zeros) during these workouts. Please ignore them for now, we're working on improving this experience.
