You'll find these plans, which use a mix of Sufferfests, outdoor rides and skills/drills sessions, to be incredible paths to a more BADASS you.
Road Training Plans:
-10 Week - Novice Plan for Sufferlandrians with 4.5 to 5 hours to train a week.
-10 Week - Intermediate Plan for Sufferlandrians with 6 to 8 hours to train a week.
-10 Week - Advanced Plan for Sufferlandrians with a solid 8.5 hours to train a week.
-3 Week Speed - Advanced Plan for Sufferlandrians that need more racing speed and have 6.5 hours to train a week. (This plan is for Sufferlandrians that have already done a good deal of training or great at the end of a Road 10 Week Plan)
