There may be instances were certain Sufferlandrians want access to their record of suffering on their computers. We do store workout files locally on Mac and Windows computers. The instructions below will help you locate those files.
There is no way to access your workout files on iOS devices. The passport is the only way to view your previous workouts. If, through some Couchlandrian sabotage, your workout crashed, didn't save, or something strange happened, you can email the email@example.com to see if the workout made it to the server. Without the workout on the server, we cannot recover iOS workouts that were lost.
Finding your workout files on your Windows computer is fairly easy. Just direct yourself to the "Help" menu at the top, then select "Go To Log File." That will take you to the Sufferfest Training Centre Folder like the one you see below.
Within the Sufferfest Training Centre Folder is all of your workout files. You can pull those up if you need to investigate the raw data or send the Minions the file to be reprocessed back into your passport. Also, if you are having some major difficulties with the App and performance of the App, you can delete the Sufferfest Training Centre Folder and that will give you a fresh start. However, all of your downloaded videos will also be deleted. We keep your workouts on the server, so no worries about your workouts if you decide to delete the App home folder and start from scratch.
MAC (OS X) Users
To find our record of suffering on the Mac App we have to do a few things first. The files are hidden on the Mac, so we need to open up "Finder" from our launchpad.
Now that we are in Finder, we need to copy this text and insert it into the window:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles Yes
Then type in: killall Finder
This will allow you to see all hidden folders on your Mac. Now we can navigate to the Sufferfest Training Centre Folder.
Basically, you can navigate to your Mac HD, to Users, then to your username. From there just head to Library, Application Support, The Sufferfest, and then Activities. The Activities folder will have all of your workout files.
For Mac users that want to clear out all of their App files, you can delete them from the Finder Window again. However, you will be deleting all of your downloaded videos. We call this going Nuclear on the App when it is acting like a Couchlandrian.
you will copy rm -R ~/Library/Application\ Support/Parse/rK5efQ3Rjs1LW7PgLx9Yik8nR6DblmYF6ByG81b7 into the terminal window to delete all the files for the App and start fresh.
